How can I display location-specific delivery costs on a product page?

Can anyone help me with how I can show the shipping rate of the country the customer has logged in with on the product page under the add to cart button

On the product page it should show like:

if free:

Free shipping in <Country name of the customer> <Country flag of the customer>

For example: Free shipping in the Netherlands (Flag of the Netherlands)

when not free

Shipment <Shipping rate country customer> , <Country name of the customer> <Country flag of the customer>

For example: $1 shipping in the United States

I downloaded the app but I don't really know how I can show the shipment cost under the add-to-cart button. And does this app look at the location of the customer in order to get the shipment cost of that country?
