How can I duplicate my UK website for an Ireland brand?

Hello,

I am in the process of building a UK website for a brand UK based BUT also have the same brand in Ireland sold by a separate company. They want the exact same layout as the UK website.

is it possible to duplicate my UK website to save me building it all from scratch again and then attaching it the ie.  domain and upload the EU catalogue and pricing?
