How can I edit or remove the pop up banner in my online store?

Hello, I recently opened up my own shopify store. There is a problem that has been bothering me, whenever I open up my store a pop up banner comes up saying " free shipping over ... $" on top of the announcement bar. I would like to get rid of this pop up banner or at least edit it, can you guys help me?
