Hey, @FlowersGC!
Julie here from Shopify Support.
The "You have been unsubscribed" message that customers see when they unsubscribe from email marketing is something you can edit using your theme's language editor. The language editor is a tool that allows you to change specific words and phrases that appear in your online store.
To access this tool, head on over to Online store > Themes > Actions > Edit languages. From there, you'll notice a search field. Simply enter the phrase you'd like to edit; in this case, you can enter "You have been unsubscribed". You'll then see a list of areas where this phrase appears in your online store, and you'll be able to edit them accordingly.
Since you'd like to offer a discount for resubscribing, you could create a discount code and include the code in your updated phrase. For example, you can edit the phrase to say something like, "Resubscribe and receive 30% off with discount code 30OFF".
Offering customers a discount code as an incentive for resubscribing is great for customer retention, and I'm glad to hear that this is something you're looking to do. Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions!

Thanks Julie, that worked for now. Would be great to have an actual physical page to adjust so that we can make it a bit more functional, such as including a link to resubscribe.
I too would like to be able to edit the unsubscribe page. I would love the ability to add a Single select list and feedback field to see why they unsubscribed.
Not supported unfortunately.
And this way we would be able to add a form to ask them why they re unsubscribing...
Hi Julie I do not find that option in the edit languages now in 2023. Has it moved or changed? I would like to add a picture and change the wording to the unsubscribe page. I am working with Taste theme. Thank you.
Hi there, did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue, thanks
Hi,
Was there ever a solution to this? I need to edit my page and can't seem to do it.

Hey Julie, is it also possible to add links and a picture? I've seen a great unsubscribe page today I would like to implement on our store.
Thanks!
Leopold
Hi folks! I just wanted to share that while this isn't something that is directly supported on standard plans at this time, all your feedback is being heard and shared with our developers for further consideration.
Please continue to share your feedback here about this feature, or any others.

It would be great to have this functionality. My company name is appearing as text in the header instead of my brand logo, which doesn't look great!
