How can I effectively manage UTM on Google Analytics?

Hi there! I am using Facebok and Instagram to make a campaign (Conversions, driving traffic into the site) ..
I am using UTMs as part of the process to identify the users that convert--- But i haven´t found those clics and data on google Analytics inside the ¨(Other)¨  Media mediums.

Is there any problem using Utms on Shopify sites?
Is there a best way to used them?
