How can I effectively test my ecommerce site?

That site is clearly not finished being built yet. 

No navigation menu, no domain name, no logo, no contact details, no 'about us' page. It's literally just one product ... which it isn't even clear what the product is. Why you would purchase it makes no sense to me. 

If the guy who runs the site convinced you to purchase the product, and then he didn't deliver it (whatever it is), then you should file a chargeback with your credit card company. If the store gets a bunch of chargebacks, Shopify will most likely close it down. 

You have to use your best judgement when purchasing ANYTHING online (not just from Shopify stores). Purchasing from half-cooked websites isn't a good idea.
