Hey guys.
I have such a question, maybe someone can help me. I have uploaded three languages without apps to my store. Everything works fine if you choose the language manually. But my question is, how can I set up the automatic language change for the buyer's phone. That is, if a customer came from Germany and his phone is in German, I would like my store to automatically open for him in German. Thanks for the help.

Nice work on all the translations for your store and great question! This is possible to do through the 'Selling in multiple languages' feature. Essentially:
You can enable multiple languages from your Shopify admin to create separate URLs for your translated content. When customers land on a translated URL, your store automatically shows the translated version if translations exist.
To do this though, your store must meet some requirements, those requirements are as follows:
A Shopify plan that provides the option to sell in multiple languages.
A theme that's compatible with selling in multiple languages. All the free themes from Shopify are compatible. You might need to update your theme for it to be compatible with selling in multiple languages. If you're using a third-party theme, then you can contact your theme developers to check if it's compatible.
A theme that has a language selector. If you're using another theme or an older version of the theme, then you can add a language selector using the Geolocation app by Shopify.

Shopify can't automatically select the country. As the OP said you can select the country manually. But if you want to have the language selected according to the user's location you need to use an app. There are several Shopify apps available for this.
