How can I enlarge the banner image on Debut theme?

I was wondering if it was possible to make the banner image larger so the photo goes down to where the blue border is underneath the banner?

I am using Debut theme.

1. Go to the online store

2. Edit the code base.css file then below paste the code

 height: 42rem ;
