Ive emailed legal many many times asking for an update to their email addresses for my 2 accounts NO REPLIES
I sent in whatever documents they asked for buy yet they havent responded to none of my emails. How can I trust my accounts are being worked on when a simple response to a simple email isnt happening?
I hope you can imagine what 30 days without your store bringing in sells actually does to a brand. Zero momentum, zero sales but bills are still coming in. This is very upsetting.
What do I do?
I have the same issue. My shop has been suspended and its been over a month with no reply back to my emails. I am constantly connecting with an advisor and they keep saying that "it's already notified with the "higher ups".... it is infuriating when Ive been nothing but patient and yet they havent given me a single email reply.
