How can I exclude a single item from promo discounts?

Hi All, 

I am setting up a promo bundle on the site, but I want to mark it so no further discounts apply. Our members have a discount code that is currently available to apply to any sale, and I can't work out how to make this single item not able to have discounts applied to it. 

is it possible?

Hi Emma,

You can create a collection that has all the products of your store except that one product which you want to exclude from the discount. 

Once done, you can set this particular collection as the condition in the discount.
