How can I filter customers based on their usual purchases?

Hello, does anyone know how to filter customers according the product they usually buy?, i would like to send them an email to recommend something different when we run out of stock

Thank you for bringing it on.

You could consider looking at the reports Sales by customer name by navigating to Analytics on Shopify admin, clicking on Reports.

In the Sales section, select Sales by customer name and edit Manage filters and Date Range to choose which fields ( order name, product name, etc) and duration you want to include on your report. This report will let you know all the products that specific customers have bought for a certain period of time.

You can also export them to a CSV file to be easy to analyze.
