How can I find and remove an app I can't locate?

i want to remove this app but u cant find it in the apps how can i remove it ?

Hello, 
From your Shopify Admin, go to your settings (bottom left corner). From there find the "apps and sales channels" section. Select that and then hover over the app you wish to uninstall (usually on the right an "uninstall" option will appear).
