How can I fit a long address on a DHL shipping label?

A customer in Japan has chosen DHL as the shipping co for their purchase, the address is too long for the DHL label. I am receiving an error when I go to purchase the label. Part of the address is the name of their apartment complex. Am I able to shift that information into the "company info" line? I don't see anywhere else to squeeze it in.
