Also had this issue when running `shopify theme dev` and using the localhost 127.0.0.1  address to view hot-reloaded changes. It seems that the Shopify asset server does not allow requests from that host, since I was able to resolve by using the alternative preview link that looks like your-storefront.myshopify.com/?preview_theme_id=123456789012. Hope that works for you, too.

This one is not hot-reloaded, so annoying to have to refresh.
