How can I fix a large layout shift on my website?

Hello, 

I have. layout problem on my website and i have absolutely no clue exactly how to adjust images size/CSS neither do I know how much more space to add to the sizes. 

Can anyone help with detailed steps of what to do?

I seem to have this problem only with desktop as my mobile CLS is 0.02.
