How can I fix inventory management issues on my ecommerce store?

Hi , 

I run a shopify store linked with a supplier website , Products when imported on shopify  shows changes in stock & hence on website . The supplier website is Banggood , while my website link is Berry Route - Fashion for Women & Men

Please help me resolve this issue at earliest

How do you import the products from supplier? Do they have an app for it of a feed? may be there is something wrong with their app
