How can I gain file access as a partner on an eCommerce platform?

How can I get access to files as a Shopify Partner? Does the account owner need to provide me extra account access for this? And how can the account owner provide me the access?

@timamsterdam you can send a collaborative access to account owner when you send collaborative access you will have multiple options you can check mark all those option which you need access from owners  , or account owner can add you as team member or as staff.
