How can I generate a make-to-order report for my custom product manufacturing?

Our company is a light custom product manufacturer. Essentially, we do not have any finished goods inventory. When we get an order (which may contain multiple products), we have to manufacture the product(s) to fulfill the order. Shopify's current reporting capabilities do not allow us to get a list / report of products contained in open and draft (purchase orders) orders. We need such a report as input to our manufacturing schedule. Is anyone aware of an App that will provide us this reporting capability?
