How can I get a refund for a domain payment I didn't receive?

Dear

I wanted to buy a domain for my e commerce website. I gave few domain but the shopify told me that the domain is already taken or not availabe. but in the billing list it has already been pain and the money is drown from my bank acount. It also show refunded on the shopify billling. Now I do not have the domain nor my my money back. How could I tackle this to get back my money?
