Hello.
I have a big problem. I looked up on shopify i think 30 days ago and i created an account to look it up. My girlfriend completed the card etc because she thought that i will use it but i was searching for something else. Today i was charged 60$ but i never used it, i didn't used the account 5 seconds.
I was searching for something else, Printify, but when i saw that is not that, i leaved the site but i forgot to cancel subscription.
Please help me with this problem. In the future i will use Shopify for a next project, but now i have other things to do.

I understand you're in need of a refund of your subscription invoice. While we don't provide refunds as per Section 5.10 of our Terms of Service, we'd love to take a look at your request and see if we can make an exception in this case. Before we can do so, please ensure your store has been deactivated and your subscription has been canceled. We have steps on how to do that on this page.
When your store is deactivated, you can create a support ticket by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V so we can safely access your account and look into a possible refund. After visiting the link and logging in, you'll be prompted to select the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. Once you do, you'll be able to find the options for support below the help docs that are presented to you.

Hey, I'm a student, I need my money back. I was just messing around with shopify, and today I was charged, I was going to cancel the subscription but it was too late, please help me, I would like a refund, and I already closed the store.

Hi Summer, I need help with my Shopify account. I was trying to cancel and uninstall the subscription from AutoDS & BundleBear but I can't seem to find it on my Billing and now they have charged me alongside my monthly plan of $1. I'm not in use of their service since I created the store and would like to process a refund for it.
Please help me out, I'm still trying to figure out how to run the store and their subscriptions are too high for me. I badly need the refund for more important uses.

While we'd love to assist you with this refund request and contact the app developers on your behalf, you can actually reach out to them directly for a quicker resolution. You can do so by following the steps on this page.
If you would like us to contact them for you instead, we'd be happy to do so. Please create a support ticket by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and logging into your account. When you're prompted to select the topic of your concern you may select Apps > App billing for this matter.

That link you provided takes people back to the help pages and it doesn't solve the problem. We need the unused store payments to end and you guys are giving everyone the runaround making money without us using the service. Please cancel the payments already. My email is in the profile under Magic Stores. This page does not allow Mr to attach any images

I hope you can help me with this. I have a similar issue, I’ve been paying for an unused account for months and have not even logged in. I will be back soon but maybe a year from now for personal reason my business is stalled. I have already deactivated my account.
will I be due a refund? I can’t seem to access any support through the link you attached on your messages in this thread, it’s just bringing me to a generic list, where support an opening a ticket is not an option? Please help if you can, thanks. Hannah

For refund requests, you will need to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn't have access to any account details here through the Community. If you're having some troubles completing this, could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
To connect with our support team, you can follow these exact steps:
- Head over to our Help Center: https://shopify.link/KWb8
- In the virtual chat assistance, type 'I can't log in'
- This will populate a few resources, where after a minute or two you should see the option to select 'I still need help'
- Click 'Account Support'
- Scroll down to see the link to chat in
For reference, the Help Center page will look like the screenshot below. This includes the exact steps you are required to complete in order to successfully connect with us.
