Hi so basically am looking to get refunded of my money that was taken from me. I had an account and tried to close it, and I didn't use it much because I decided not to go one with dropshipping Business anymore. The three month trial ended by the time I downloaded it back. It tried to charge me 27 pound but couldn't because there was no money in my account but tye moment money entered it took it. I tried to cancel it previously but it didn't allow me. Am about to cancel the subscription now that money has been taken but would still luke a refund because I basically didn't even use the shopify store.

You want a refund for a Shopify charge after your free trial ended. Here's what to do:
Contact Shopify Support (Live Chat or Email) and explain you tried to cancel before the trial ended, had issues canceling, and barely used the service.
Request a refund and ask them to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges

Do you have contact info? My daughter is in the same boat. She is unable to log in, never used her store, and has been charged monthly for 6 months, and can't get in touch with customer support
