How can I get a refund from an online store that scammed me?

i have placed an order on the website https://mnconcept.it/en on March 4. 9 days passed but they didn’t send my order. Then i tried to contact with them. They didnt answered mails. I hardly founded a number and contacted with them via whatsapp. They answered that the item you ordered out of stock because of that we cant send we will issue refund. After this mesaage i have waited but there is no refund on my account. Everyday i am trying to contact with them via whatsapp but my message didnt delivering. Even they dont answer calls. Today i checked website and boomm website is not available. I really do not know what should i have to do. Please help. I am calling , texting they didn’t answer me

Yes i checked store, it has  trusted website rate. It is the first time i am facing this kind of probem. I believed this trusted website thing and made order( unfortunately frauded(
