How can I get a refund from an online store that scammed me?

i have placed an order on the website on March 4. 9 days passed but they didn’t send my order. Then i tried to contact with them. They didnt answered mails. I hardly founded a number and contacted with them via whatsapp. They answered that the item you ordered out of stock because of that we cant send we will issue refund. After this mesaage i have waited but there is no refund on my account. Everyday i am trying to contact with them via whatsapp but my message didnt delivering. Even they dont answer calls. Today i checked website and boomm website is not available. I really do not know what should i have to do. Please help. I am calling , texting they didn’t answer me

Yes i checked store, it has  trusted website rate. It is the first time i am facing this kind of probem. I believed this trusted website thing and made order( unfortunately frauded(

Essentially, if you don't receive your order within 30 days or you're not seeing the refund appear in your account during that time frame, then we'd recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider and notifying them of the transaction. From there, your credit card provider can provide assistance in recovering your funds.
