Hello!
shopify was faster than me today! I wanted to cancel it today but you sent me the invoice already. I don't want your service please. I am cancelling the same day almost at the same time that you charged me. I was trying Shopying and put my card to try the 14 days better with one of your Plans. PLease can yo make a refund. I really need it.

Thank you for posting your question. Do you mind if I ask why you've chosen not to continue with Shopify? If you have any questions about the platform I'd be happy to help!
That being said, to request a refund I would recommend reaching out to our live support. You can contact them from this page here. Once you get to that page you'll want to login and search for your question. After searching for your question/topic you will see some useful resources and under that there will be the option to Get support. Click Continue and the available support options will appear. If you explain to your Support Advisor what you've explained here they will be able to review this further.
Refunds are against our Terms of Service, but given the situation we would be happy to see what we can do in this case.
