How can I get access to Grow SEO in the App Store?

I really want to try Grow SEO but it says it’s only available to select accounts. When I search it in the App Store it’s not available to me. Several Shopify seo articles mention it quite a bit but they don’t say “how” someone can gain access to it. Does anyone know? Will buying a more expensive plan help? Thanks

Thank you for answering! Is David the developer? If so do you know how can I find his contact information? My understanding is it would be through the app but the app is unavailable to me.
