How can I get Google product approval without a GTIN number?

Hi, I have Barcode set for all products on my store, but i do NOT have a GTIN, None of my 400+ Products have been approved, because its missing GTIN field, How can i get approved without a GTIN number??

Please help, Really important

If your products do not have a GTIN, you need to ensure the identifier_exists field is false which will skip the GTIN requirement. There should be an option to switch the product to do not have product identifiers under products > more actions > google shopping. Any product that is marked as False for a custom product must have an internationally recognized barcode added to it. You can check with your supplier/manufacturer for these.

Google relies on unique identifiers such as the barcode, MPN, or GTIN to help identify a product and make it easier for customers to find a product when searching. When setting a product to "custom", Google has to review the product and determine whether they've seen the product before, or if it's a product that they haven't seen yet. If it's a product they haven't seen yet, they will approve of the product without a unique identifier. 

I'd also like to share Google's Product Categories so that you can find the exact category for your products and add this too using the bulk editor. This will help to improve your Ads performance once you start advertising. Something to note here is that any products that fall under the Apparel & Accessories categories (clothing, shoes & jewelry would fall under here) will also need to have Size, Color, Age, Condition, and Gender added to each item.

If you have a large catalog and you might also be interested in the Bulk Product Editor & Sync app. This would allow you to mark all products as true or false for custom products at once which will save you some time. It's free for up to 5 in-app edits per month so it could also help with some other attributes if you have multiple products in the same category for example.

You first indicate you have barcodes, but then say you have not GTIN. Barcodes are GTIN values.

So if you have added barcodes and Google Merchant Center is not receiving them, then I guess you are using the free Shopify app Google Shopping to submit your products.

For over a year now, this app has a bug that does not allow you to submit barcodes, even though you have them.

The only solution is either add the data using a supplement feed, or to use a different app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds

Hi, 
Do you have a contact number where we can speak about receiving Shopify support for google product listings. We have many reasons for disapproval. We have tried fixing on the shopify side as well as the google merchant account. Our product listings in Google merchant are asking for size of online product listing. but the listing does not include a specific size. There are many sizes listed under the listing. Also, we are a swimsuit shop so google is saying the images are not approved. Then we also have to add gender, color and age group to each product. one by one. Yet, still disapproval. 
I think speaking with someone who can assist us would be most helpful. Do you contract out your assistance?
