How can I hide specific product tags from customers?

I have two tags that I want to hide from public view but I still need to be able to see them on the backend of my store for informational purposes only. Is there a way to leave a tag on a product but make it so it doesn't show up when my customers browse my store?

See Example Below. I want the tag that says "Ship from Overseas" to not be visible to on my LIVE site but I can still see it on the backend.
