Hey @sommert

To implement a contact form on your website with specific questions to filter which email address the inquiry will be sent to, you may need to use a third-party app or custom code to achieve this level of functionality. The Broadcast-Seventyfour-V1 theme is a Shopify theme, and while it provides various design and layout options, it may not have built-in features for advanced contact form customization.

Here are a couple of options you can consider:

  1. Third-Party Apps: Shopify has a wide range of contact form apps available in the Shopify App Store. These apps offer advanced form-building capabilities, including the ability to add custom questions and routing logic based on user selections. Some popular contact form apps you can explore are "Form Builder" and "Contact Form & Help Center."

  2. Custom Code: If you have development skills or can engage a developer, you can create a custom contact form using Shopify's Liquid templating language and HTML/CSS. By customizing the form code, you can add specific questions and implement logic to route the inquiry based on the user's selections. This option provides more flexibility but requires technical expertise.

When evaluating third-party apps or developing custom code, consider factors such as cost, ease of use, compatibility with your theme, and the level of customization required for your specific needs. Review the features, user reviews, and documentation of the app or code solution to ensure it aligns with your requirements.

If you choose to go the third-party app route, you can search for contact form apps directly in the Shopify App Store and explore their features, pricing, and customer reviews to find the best fit for your needs.

Hey, @sommert

Happy to help. Is 'Broadcast-Seventyfour-V1' the name of your theme that you are using?
