How can I improve mobile page speed without compromising content quality?

Hi, we launched our shop a month ago. Most of our trafic is mobile, but we noticed that there is issue with mobile version speed loading. First thoughts was about the content, and necesity of photo compresion. But unfortunately it didn't help. The main point is the high quality of our content is crucial for our brand, and we don't want to lower if there is any another possibilities to recover page speed.

So guys, did anybody face this problem, and what solution did you have? Will aprecite any advice.

LCP is from 3,1 sec to 12 sec
