Hi everyone,

 

Just looking for some advise. I am trying to set up a customer win back automation.

 

There is already a template in place but i would like to expand on this. What im looking to do is:

 

From when the customer purchases, wait 30 days, if the customer has not placed another orer in this time send a "see what you have missed email". i then want to wait 15 days after this email is sent and if the customer has not purchased since that email i want send another with a discount.

 

i can only seem to find connectors that look at when orders are first placed. And not one to look at the previous marketing email sent.

 

Hopefully someone has had a similar issue and can help me with this issue.
