All things Shopify and commerce
Hi everyone. I am wondering this before adding new product , changed the website and still get a lot of views but conversion rates are aweful, should I change it again? can you let me know if something is off? thanks for looking through www.studioamparis.com.
Hi @amoiparis327,
It's PageFly - Best Page Builder App here and I'd like to share some of my initial thoughts when first browsing through your online store. I hope that my recommendations based on 6 years of providing solutions for more than 100.000 merchants can be beneficial to you in improving your store performance.
I did take a deep look into your web design and was amazed by your wonderful and colorful products. I like that you have:
Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for your page:
1. Homepage
1.1 Decrease the hero banner’s size
As you can see here, I need to scroll down to find the brand’s name and CTA button, which you can make visible right when the visitors go to your page. To do this, you can decrease the size of the image banner.
You can check this banner for reference:

In the case you want to make the texts more noticeable, you can add some overlay color on the background picture.
1.2. Rearrange featured collections
You should align your products list instead of leaving it this way:
Align all these items will help your homepage look more professional and increase credibility.
1.3. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Moreover, you can check this guide to know why testimonials are so important
1.4 Highlight your blog post section
When I scroll to this section:
I had little idea what this was. Not until I entered the blog link did I realize: Ah this is a blog post, and the store owner has so many stories to tell. But you are not making this section noticeable.
You should create a heading, name this section, maybe: Blog posts, or something that has your characteristics, then use a horizontal image for each blog.
You can check this sample section to get what I mean:

Increasing conversion rate is very important, you can check this article on how to BUILD AN AMAZING HOMEPAGE. I am sure there is all the information you need.
2. Product page
I really appreciate how you have a section called “You may also like” under the product details.
However, I have some comments for you here:
2.1 Provide 3-5 product images from different angles
Users need to gain a comprehensive visual understanding of a product in order to make a purchase decision, and straight-on shots of the product rarely fulfill this requirement.
Showing a product from multiple angles helps users gain a similar holistic understanding of a product as if they were seeing the product in person, but to achieve this goal, each angle displayed must be unique and reveal new information about the product. For example, showing two slightly different images of the same side of the product, such as a direct front view and a 15 degree angle, may technically qualify as “multiple angles”, but if the additional angles are not significantly different, they will not further the intention of giving users a complete view of the product.
I suggest that you choose photos that have a close view of your product’s material and from both sides of the model.
2.2 Display minimum of 6 reviews by default, with the ability to load more
Users’ reviews are very important in online shopping. To increase conversion rate, it is advised that you have a review section where customers can read true reviews of your products. And you should display a minimum of 6 reviews by default. A too-short list of reviews prevents exploration and pattern detection.
2.3 Always allow buyers to submit product reviews
Buyers always value reviews as a “personal” recommendation from other buyers, relying on and trusting reviewers to essentially vouch for the quality of the product. When you leave space for your customers to leave reviews, the chance that your sales increase can be much higher.
Make sure you have this section on your product page:
To create a review section, you can use third-party reviews apps such as: Loox, Yotpo, or Judge.me, etc. PageFly integrates with these apps. Or you can check this guide on the best Shopify review apps for your online store success.
Your products and your page can be of great potential. All you need is more research to increase conversion rate. To learn more about how to maximize the effectiveness of your page, check out this guide to grasp your opportunity

PageFly!
Hello, I have had a look at your store and I must say that it is very well designed. Here are a few things I think you could add that would improve the store even further.
1) Add a FAQ page. This would help provide answers to questions that customers commonly have about your business, without having them ask them. It is a nice way to show off your knowledge about your business.
2) Add links to other social media accounts and not just Instagram. Understandably, Instagram would be the most popular platform for most of your target audience but it's important to still cater for others who use platforms such as Twitter and Tik Tok.
3) Show customers what others are doing in your store. This would motivate customers when they see others carrying out activities in your store. You can do this by installing the Show Recent Orders App here https://apps.shopify.com/show-recent-orders
I wish you and your business the best of luck!
