How can I increase store speed by removing debutify codes?

I recently tried to delete debutify codes as I don't use the in-built apps and just the free versions to try increase store speed. This has shown up, does anyone know how to get rid of it or fix my store? Any help would be appreciated. My store is www.pupflux.com

You need to edit each file, find where the highlighted file used and remove that part of code.

Without inspecting the theme files it's not possible to let you know where it is.
