How can I make a shopify slideshow image a clickable link?

I have tried options from a few forums on here and nothing is working. Can someone help me?

I want customers to be able to click the photo and it take them to a certain page. I don't want to have a button.

it’s actually for a unpublished edit I am working on but my current edit still has something similar 

I tried a few different codes I have found in forums on here but none worked they all kept going to a 404 page when clicking the image

I have checked your Store their is single image slider. 

It's need to add Some custom code to make your Slider Section Clickable.

If you provide me the Staff access then i will add it perfectly.

To make a slideshow image clickable we basically need to make changes in the theme’s liquid files through the backend wherein we change the code to such that the image is clickable.
There are 2 ways to do that :
1. We can add a static custom code in the file to make it clickable
2. We can add a dynamic code so that you can just add the link through the customize section.
