How can I modify CSS for image arrangement and video replacement?

Hello,

Can someone help me with Hophead co in, The images are split on the top and bottom can i have all of them together maybe in a slider and then have the description below that, The home page is using slideshow and i just wish to use a video instead, Is it possible to replace that, I would like to use a different video for mobile and desktop cause both have different resolutions portrait and landscape.

Please help me out
