How can I modify email preview text for mobile view?

I am trying to write and send out my first shopify email. I have the email put together and have tried sending a test, but I am not happy with the way that it showing on my phone when I receive. It shows who it is from, the subject, the preview text and then it starts showing the body of the email which I do not want.

I would rather have blank space after the preview text and have it show the sender, the subject and the preview text only. Any ideas how to prevent it from adding the extra text from the body of the email to the em when it shown up on the customers phone lock screen?
