How do I change my shipping details? My information the customer sees when they check out.
When you say "Shipping Details" do you mean like change their shipping options that they can choose from? If so, that's under Settings > Shipping and delivery and from there you can create 'General shipping rates', setup local delivery/pickup options, etc.
If that's not what you're referring to, can you explain with more detail?

@JazziCrystals if possible, can you clarify for us where this information is happening that you're wanting to hide? You mentioned that it was in your checkout, but they wouldn't see your address information there unless you're doing pick-up for your customers. If you could provide us with a screenshot of what specific information you're looking to hide, or provide us with more information on how we can see these details ourselves, we'll be able to better assist.
