How can I modify the address field on the checkout page?

I want to edit the address section on the payment page screen. Since we will be shipping to a limited area with our own vehicles, we want the city-district-neighbourhood options to appear as default on the address screen. How can I edit this?

In this case, you can only edit the address(city, district, neighbourhood) through the modal on the thank-you page.
