How can I modify the Brooklyn theme for color, collection titles, and add-to-bag display?

Hi i have three Questions

I'm using Brooklyn theme

1 How do i change the color for different sections using the code editor?

2 On the Brooklyn theme how can i put the collection titles at the bottom of the picture instead of it being on the picture and how can i do the same for the mobile part?

3 How do i make my add to bag number show its only showing a dot?
