How can I offer a 5% discount to new customers on my ecommerce site?

Hi,

I am setting up my ecommerce shop on Shopify.

I am looking to to give 5% discount for a new customer for the first purchase.

I was wondering what is the best way to do it.

Is there any code available, if not is there any good app (if it is possible free app) to do this?
