How can I structure my blog URLs to improve SEO on our Shopify site, given the current setup and desired structure?

Desired Structure:

• https://store.myshopify.com/pages/blogs should contain all blogs.
• https://store.myshopify.com/pages/blogs/recepten should contain all blogs from this subcategory.
• https://store.myshopify.com/pages/blogs/in-de-media should contain all blogs from this subcategory.

Alternative Structure:

• https://store.myshopify.com/blogs should contain all blogs.
• https://store.myshopify.com/blogs/recepten should contain all blogs from this subcategory.
• https://store.myshopify.com/blogs/in-de-media should contain all blogs from this subcategory.

Currently, I can achieve the following URLs:

• https://store.myshopify.com/pages/blogs
• https://store.myshopify.com/blogs/in-de-media
• https://store.myshopify.com/blogs/recepten

However, I am unable to set up a blog overview at /blogs, and I cannot change /blogs/handle to /pages/blogs/handle. How can I resolve these issues to enhance the SEO of our site?
