How can I pause my subscription if I can't clear dues?

My billing date is today, and I have received a notification because there is not enough balance in my card. I want to deactivate my store for some time, but when I am trying to deactivate, it's not happening, and below a notification is appearing that all my dues should be cleared, but I want to deactivate. Please suggest a solution.
