How can I position an image with buttons on my homepage?

Hi, i have attached an image of how I would like my home page to look. Im using the rich text buttons and want to have an image on the right side while the buttons are moved a bit to the left. I know this might be a hard thing to achieve, but maybe there is some help to get here :-).
