How can I prevent someone from tracking changes on my website?

Hi, I have noticed that someone is tracking my shop... Everything I change, this person seems to know and checks it.... This is weird and kind of creepy. How do I know that? I see it in the visitor replays. As soon as I make a change, this person comes to my site and looks at my changes! Does anyone know how I can stop this person from tracking all my movements?
