How can I promptly recover my mistakenly closed online store?

I am writing regarding the closure of my Shopify store, https://carstikon.myshopify.com/. This store closure appears to have been done in error, as I have not violated any of Shopify's policies.

My store on your platform is vital to my business operations and livelihood. The sudden closure is negatively impacting my revenue and ability to serve my customers. I kindly request that you expedite reviewing my case so that my Shopify store can be restored promptly.

 

Please advise if you require any additional information from me to verify that my business fully complies with Shopify policies. I am eager to supply what is needed to have my store reopened immediately. I greatly appreciate your assistance, as restoring functionality is crucial for me to conduct business and make sales.

Thank you for sharing that information with us here. I am sorry to hear that your business was deemed not a good fit for the Shopify platform. 

 

This is not something that our community support team is able to assist with. In these situations you will need to reply back to the email you received about this to make this request. Generally speaking, these decisions are final, but this is handled by a team separate from my own. I do recommend looking at moving your business to a new hosting platform while you communicate with our Trust and Safety to see if we can reactivate your Shopify store.
