how i can contact the chat support???? is only a chat where no one reply for hours whats going on plz someone help me?

Thanks for reaching out in the Shopify Community!
We do offer live chat via the Shopify Help Centre here. You'll need to communicate with the Help Centre Assistant. If you still require assistance after typing your question in the chat box you can select the option 'I still need help.’ After selecting 'I still need help’ you should be presented an option to 'Select a store’ and connect with a support advisor.
Otherwise, if your issue is not account related, we can help you out right here! What trouble are you facing?

Don't bother! They closed all support channel! Shopify has become the worst for e-commerce merchants. If you are a new merchant I would advice to stay away!

Oh, and don't be surprised if they suddenly remove this post! 🙂 If a message doesn't portray a good image of Shopify they will simply take it down! 🙂 They remove my posts as well and blocked my access to other discussions where people where discussing all the issues they had with contacting support!
Hi! What you can do is go to help center here. Than ask your question to the bot. When it gives answer just say that it is not helpful and ask to speak with a human. Than the button "chat with advisor" will show up. Click on it and you will be in queue waiting for chat advisor. After some time you will be connected to actual shopify support

hi moira in that chat i never get e responde even waiting forever...i thinks everyone knows now so i dont know why shopify doesnt like a bad reviews for this problem...instead of sort it out...i need help to check my documents verification because i upload my passport and prove adrdres and still dont know what happen?
Hi @crysa , that's correct. You'll wait for hours for an agent to connect, and even then, there is only a small chance that they will ever reply! Shopify doesn't care for its users. They've closed down every single support channel, and the only way to have a chance to talk to someone is to wait for hours in this Ai chat.
moira just show me the solucion to talk here about the issue i accepted and now moira is gone , they just want to show that everything is fine lieing when everyone knows whats going on

hi im having the same problem its says im chatting with someone but they are not talking to me. is this normal and will they eventually?
