How can I reactivate my closed online store and prove card ownership?

Currently I'm living at morocco and I do have  a company in uk which I'm titled to use the banking of it .Any way after I did add the company debit card shopify deactivate my store and black listed my debit card!!

Any one know how I can manage to get my store back?

or

how I can contact shopify and prove to them that I am the owner of the card?

Please help me if u can
