yea i just called them and they said i have to wait 15 days so i can dispute it. I wish the shop app had some sort of insurance like depop so when people scam you people can get their refunds. The customer support on shop is bad
It sounds like you've encountered a scam site, which is always frustrating. Make sure to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge and report the transaction as fraudulent. In the future, you might want to use tools like the calculator for fun, but always double-check sites before making any purchases!
