I had a bank account set up but the payment did not process to the bank. So I checked the account and changed the bank account routing number and account number. I received an email saying all pending transactions would go to the old account and any new would go to the new account. I need for all pending transactions to go to the new account information. How do I go about getting this processed?

Happy to help. Just to confirm, have you already made changes to the banking info in your Shopify account to the proper account? Also, is the old banking account no longer active? Usually a banking institution will reroute the incoming transactions from the old account to the newly setup one. In which case, reaching out to your bank directly to confirm this processwould be a good idea.
