How can I relocate the subscription field in my website's footer?

Hi! This is how my footer currently looks like. How can I move the subscription field on the same level as the other menu items? I would like the subscription field to be on the right side (next to the socials).

Your store is password protected, Also the HTML code structure needs to be changed in order to bring the newsletter to the same level.

Hi I removed my password and I got the subscription field on the same level, but I'd like to move the subscription to the third column and have the socials last like the image below. Also, is there a way to display text under the "Subscribe to our emails" title like in the example below? The example link is https://kwohtations.com/
