I subscribed to the $1 plan for a month, but now I want to deactivate my store. However, the platform is not allowing me to deactivate it or remove my card. I no longer wish to continue with this store, but due to continuous failed transactions, my card is at risk of being blocked. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
