How can I remove the "store transfer disabled" warnings on my dev store?

These are breaking my focus. I could probably write a Chrome ext. to remove them, but is there a setting to disable the alert?

Thank you for the screenshot showing the banners you would like to hide/disable. I did check in with our partner support team and they confirmed we are not able to hide or turn off those banners at this time. 

I can definitely understand why you would want to hide them. I have submitted feedback to our developers on your behalf around this and hopefully that is an experience we can improve in the near future.

Thank you for reaching out! I don't have any further updates on removing those banners at this time but I have added your feedback to the request. The more feedback we receive about it, the higher chance we have of implementing it in the future.
